Located in Minas Gerais, Brazil, this gallery which we call it as Adrian Varejap gallery which was built by TacoaArquitetos takes about 558 sqm. The house which was completed in 200b cost around € 500,000 and I think it’s worth it (the cost). What is this place actually? A house?Or a gallery? Well, we can say that this is a museum which has an unusual concept of architecture. Instead of summing up into one big building, the designer chose to get the buildings spread on about 35 hectares wide area. Even from the outside, each of the building has very unique and attractive look.
And by the time we get inside the building, we will be greeted by such an artistic interior design. The structure of the building itself is composed by retaining wall which is irregular and it is able to gain the space. You will find such attractive wall’s treatment which makes the atmosphere feels very artistically. You can also find a spiral path which gets the two different levels of the park connected which then making an alteration of moments of the contraction passage as well as exhibition. The building itself is representation of the owner’s personal preferences.
So, this gallery can be actually good inspiration for people who are desiring a modern and sophisticated structure. Of course if you want to apply the style/ design into a living space you will need to make renovation since this building is purposed for gallery. But overall, the structure and the theme that the designer wanted to pull out is really worthy to be carried/ applied at your private residence. The ideas can come from anywhere and this building is one of the best references for building such a modern and sophisticated living space.
